Norgeskniven is a solid and traditional Norwegian utility knife, developed for versatile use in the outdoors. The knife features a straight-ground blade made from Sandvik 12C27 steel, offering excellent cutting performance and easy resharpening. The blade length is 9.2 cm, providing good control in use.
The handle is made from stained and oiled curly birch, giving it a classic appearance and a secure grip. At the end of the handle, there is a screw knob that allows a strap from the sheath to be attached, ensuring the knife stays securely in place during transport.
The knife comes with a brown cowhide leather sheath equipped with a safety insert. The sheath also features a hinged solution that allows it to follow the body more naturally, providing increased comfort during use.
Norgeskniven was originally launched during the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Trondheim in 1997, combining traditional craftsmanship with functional design.
To ensure a long service life, it is recommended to wipe the knife dry after use before placing it back in the sheath. With proper maintenance, you will have a reliable quality knife that will last for many years.
