The slaughter set from Brusletto includes a sturdy knife roll made of Cordura material, as well as a sharpening steel, a Skinner skinning knife, and a Butcher meat knife.
The knife roll can be attached around the waist for easy access to the knives you need during slaughtering. It has space for five knives and one sharpening steel. Each knife compartment is equipped with a sleeve that ensures the knives are held securely and stably in the roll.
The sleeves can easily be removed and cleaned in warm water. The knives are fastened and secured with Velcro around the handle.
The knife roll is rolled up and secured with a clip (fastener) during transport.
